Note: Points for social follows and profile completion may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account. Referral rewards are only issued once the referred friend completes their first order.

Once you've earned enough points, you can redeem them for great rewards:

Only one reward/discount can be applied per order. Points cannot be split across multiple rewards in the same transaction.

🔸 Important Terms & Conditions

🔁 Points Expiry Policy

• Your loyalty points remain valid for 12 months from your last purchase.

• If no purchase is made within 12 months, your loyalty points and any associated progress will automatically expire.

• To keep your account and points active, simply make a purchase at least once every 12 months.

⚠️ Account Integrity

• Only one account per customer is allowed.

• Creating multiple accounts to earn or redeem extra points is strictly prohibited.

• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension and removal of all associated loyalty points and account data.

🛑 Non-Transferability

• Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

• Rewards are only valid for redemption on the Gym Power website.
