Shipping Carriers

We ship your orders through reputable carriers: Royal Mail, DHL Parcel UK, and DPD.

Signature Requirement

In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign or leave specific "safe place" instructions.

Delivery Days

  • Royal Mail: Delivers on Saturdays (excluding bank holidays).
  • DHL Parcel UK & DPD: Deliver Monday to Friday.

Full tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of your order. 

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time, please allow an extra 3 working days to arrive (in case of any delays), however if it still hasn't arrive within this time then follow the procedure below:

  1. E-mail/use live chat (contact us) with the date you placed the order, order number and full delivery address.
  2. We will track your order and see what has happened which can take up to 2 working days as we may have to wait on call backs from the courier company.
  3. We will then contact you once we know what has went wrong and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Leaving Items in a Safe Place
If you would like us to leave a note on your item instructing the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that this is done entirely at your own risk, and neither Gym Power nor the courier company can be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result.

Returns & Replacements

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service, and we want our customers to have the best overall shopping experience with us. If any products are spoilt/damaged/faulty, we can exchange them for a new one or offer you a full refund, depending on your preference. We ask that items are returned within 7 working days via a recorded delivery method to ensure they arrive safely. In all circumstances, please contact us prior to sending a return. All items being returned must be in their original, unopened, sealed packaging. Please note that if you’ve opened the item and simply don’t like it, we cannot accept that as a return since it is no longer in a saleable condition.

For any returns, we require you to contact us before sending the item so that we can advise you on the correct procedure.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days to return an item, and it must be in a re-saleable condition.

When returning an item, we advise using a recorded delivery service, as this will ensure that if it is lost in transit, a claim can be made. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us, and we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Disclaimer for International Orders and Customs

We appreciate your interest in placing an order with us and want to remind you of your responsibilities regarding international shipping and customs regulations.

As the customer, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the import regulations applicable to your country. We strongly recommend that you research the legality of all supplements prior to placing your order. While most shipments are processed without issue, we include this disclaimer to acknowledge that customs delays may occur.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be held liable for any customs-related delays or issues. Should your order be returned to us, we will initiate a refund only after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be calculated as the total cost minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee, resulting in an 80% refund excluding shipping charges.

We provide tracking information for all orders, and we encourage you to monitor the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process. Please note that we do not have a reshipment policy. We assume that all customers are aware of their own countries' laws and are prepared to handle any customs matters accordingly.

If customs does not return any items to us, we will be unable to issue the 80% refund. In the event that your order is denied entry into your country, we recommend attempting to have the items returned to us; we will process refunds less shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee in such cases.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for damaged, missing, or stolen products related to international orders. Any claims of this nature must be directed to the carrier.

All import, duty, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We charge only for the shipping costs necessary to deliver your order. You may receive communication from the shipping carrier or your government regarding additional import or brokerage fees.

We strive to avoid any issues with customs; however, we cannot guarantee that supplements will not be seized. Once your products leave our warehouse, we cannot influence transit times or customs decisions. Most shipments arrive within two weeks, but in some rare instances, delivery may take 45 days or longer. We encourage you to be well-informed of your country’s regulations regarding restricted products prior to placing an order.
