- Redemption: Promotion codes must be redeemed online and cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use a promotion code.
- No Cash Value: Promotion codes cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Discount Codes: Promotion codes offering a percentage discount can be applied to all standard-priced retail orders made online. They cannot be combined with other promotion codes or free shipping offers.
- Multiple Use: Promotion codes can be used multiple times within the specified offer period.
- Exclusions: Promotion codes cannot be applied to trade or promotional products.
- Sharing: Promotion codes are shareable.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse to apply a discount due to unauthorised or ineligible use. In such cases, we may cancel your order and refund your money.
- Third-Party Orders: Promotion codes cannot be applied to orders placed on behalf of a customer.
- Quantity Discounts: Promotion codes offering a percentage discount are in addition to quantity discounts, up to a maximum 20% decrease from the original single net retail price.
- Withdrawal: We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion code at any time.
- Refunds: Refunds for orders with a promotion code will not include the value of the promotion code. You will receive a refund for the amount paid towards the order.
Applying a Discount Code
To apply a discount code:
- Add the desired items to your basket.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Click "Show Order Summary."
- Enter your code in the designated field.
- Click "Apply."
Gifts (Samples)
Terms & Conditions
- Sample Size: Samples are mini-sized to provide a trial experience. They are not the same size as full-sized products.
- Availability: Samples are subject to availability and while stocks last.
- Stock Limitations: Free gift promotions can be popular, and we may not be able to fulfill all requests if stocks are depleted.
- Gift Exclusions: Free gifts are not valid with discount promotion codes or sample purchases.
- One Per Customer: Gifts are limited to one per customer, while stocks last.
- Stock Availability: If a gift is out of stock, it will not be added to your basket at checkout.
- Gift Substitutions: In some cases, we may substitute gift items if they are unavailable.
