Terms & Conditions

• Redemption: Promotion codes must be redeemed online and cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use a promotion code.
• No Cash Value: Promotion codes cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Discount Codes: Promotion codes offering a percentage discount can be applied to all standard-priced retail orders made online. They cannot be combined with other promotion codes or free shipping offers.
• Multiple Use: Promotion codes can be used multiple times within the specified offer period.
• Exclusions: Promotion codes cannot be applied to trade or promotional products.
• Sharing: Promotion codes are shareable.
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse to apply a discount due to unauthorised or ineligible use. In such cases, we may cancel your order and refund your money.
• Third-Party Orders: Promotion codes cannot be applied to orders placed on behalf of a customer.
• Quantity Discounts: Promotion codes offering a percentage discount are in addition to quantity discounts, up to a maximum 20% decrease from the original single net retail price.
• Withdrawal: We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion code at any time.
• Refunds: Refunds for orders with a promotion code will not include the value of the promotion code. You will receive a refund for the amount paid towards the order.

Applying a Discount Code

To apply a discount code:

1. Add the desired items to your basket.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Click "Show Order Summary."
4. Enter your code in the designated field.
5. Click "Apply."

Gifts (Accessories, Retail Products & Samples)

Terms & Conditions

• Sample Size: Samples are mini-sized to provide a trial experience and are not the same size as full-sized products.

• Availability: Samples are subject to availability and are offered while stocks last.
• Stock Limitations: Free gift promotions can be popular, and we may not be able to fulfil all requests if stocks are depleted.
• Gift Exclusions: Free gifts are not valid with discount promotion codes or for sample purchases.
• Max Quantity: A maximum of 4 free gifts is allowed per customer’s order. Regardless of the quantity ordered, you will only receive 1 free gift for each qualifying item. For example, if you order 2 or more of the same item, you will only receive 1 free gift.
• Stock Availability: If a gift is out of stock, it will not be added to your basket at checkout.
• Gift Substitutions: In some cases, we may substitute gift items if they are unavailable.
