Refund policy
Any return request must be made to the original store within 14 days of purchase.
Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- Unopened within its original packaging
- In as new condition
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase
- Returned to us at your own expense
We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:
- you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
- you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
- the product did not perform to your expectations
Damaged/Inadequate Products or Deliveries
Several of the items we offer are fragile (eg. glass, cans) and, whilst we take every care to comprehensively protect the contents of all despatches, accidents do happen.
In the unlikely event products arrive broken or damaged you have 14 days to submit a claim (gympowercornwall@gmail.com). All claims must be reported to us accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage. In most cases we will also require a return of the inadequate/damaged product(s) or package (which we will arrange at no cost to you).
We regrettably cannot accept responsibility for any damages or bodily injuries that occur as a result of damage to delivered items/parcels at the hands of heavy-handed couriers/parcel networks.
Claims will be settled in 10 working days, either via replacement (where possible) or full refund.
Any free gifts received with your order must be returned, if an order is cancelled / returned.
