Fast-Acting Carbohydrate
Incredible Taste
Easy to Mix
Perfectly Digested
When your carbs are high, eating them is often harder than planning them. CNP Professional Cream of Rice gives you a smooth, easy-digesting meal that takes minutes to make and doesn’t feel like another plate you have to force down.
A 50g serving provides 34 to 36g of carbohydrates and 162 to 164 kcal, depending on flavour, with very little fat or sugar across the range. Use one scoop when you want something lighter, or two when you need a more substantial carb meal. Add whey, fruit or toppings to match the rest of your diet. The portion is easy to control and you decide how thick you want it.
Have it before training when you want food in without feeling weighed down, after training when time is tight, or anywhere your daily carb intake needs bringing up. Chromium picolinate is included in every serving, and the full range is suitable for vegans.
Nutritional values vary by flavour.
Per4m Cream of Rice is a great, complex carbohydrate source full of benefits to aid your fitness goals.Every scoop can be easily mixed with hot water and made into a smooth rice porridge, which is easy to digest, gluten free and plant based. Available in a range of delicious flavours, this is the perfect energy fuel for any day.If you’re looking to increase your protein intake, try adding our matching Per4m Advanced Whey Protein to the mix for the ultimate breakfast or snack.
We didn’t want to release just another basic cream of rice — so we didn’t.
Ours is smooth, easy to digest, and perfect around training, but we’ve added chromium picolinate. It’s a small upgrade that makes it more than just a carb source.
It’s also been made to work perfectly with our protein powders. The flavours match up nicely with VelosiWhey if you’re going the whey route, or NiHPRO if you want to keep it fully plant-based. No weird clashes (unless you want that of course!? Chocolate Sponge Cake with Butter Pancake? Maybe!) - just mix, stir, and you’re good to go.
Ideal for pre-workout fuel, post-training recovery, or a quick, easy carb meal whenever you need it.

The manic mango flavour is delicious, blood orange is atrocious
The manic mango flavour is delicious sadly I got those in a sample and when I went to purchase they were out of stock so I picked the blood orange flavour and it's absolutely horrendous. The actual pre-workout is great but the flavour is horrific and it sticks in your mouth for ages. I would recommend the product but probably wait until the flavours are restocked.
Now I have a tub of pre-workout I don't know what to do with :(
Hits different, but for me, it was enjoyable! It's not your typical high-stim pre-workout, but if you want to mix things up and get a different buzz from your pre, then give it a go.
It wakes me up instantly, gives me a clear head, elevates my mood and gives me a sense of aggression. I found taking it just before my workout worked better for me. I feel like it wears off quicker than expected, but it still does the job. If I have a good session, it just adds to the mood elevation.
You get some seriously sick pumps too, although I take just over a full scoop (25g).
