Works like magic, no grogginess no side effects, just pure awesome restful sleep. Would definitely buy it again. Leave it to the Americans to do something right! Flavour Honey Lemon Tea can be a bit sweet if you don't dilute it enough.
Ran this for the 1st time this morning. My 1st impressions: I LOVED IT; it was nothing too heavy, but on the same hand, it hits nicely enough 👌 if that makes sense. with enough urgency to do what it says on the tin. And gets you training like a machine 💪. Ran it at 2 scoops, weighed. All in all, a well-balanced pre, and with that feel-good feeling if you're looking at it, it's well worth buying, in my opinion.

This review is for the "last batch" of Gold, with the (discontinued) watermelon flavour being the biggest hint of this being the old geranium extract stock. I picked this up for nostalgia and used 13g as my scales can't weigh out 12.5g accurately. Flavour-wise, the initially refreshing watermelon gives way to a gritty chemical aftertaste but not too bad considering what's included. The beta-alanine came in within the first 10 minutes. Then there is maybe an hour or so of focus, drive and confidence before the 2-amino/alpha yo sides- dry mouth, slight runny nose, appetite suppression- kick in and things drop off, although there is no real crash. That floaty head feeling sticks around for a good few hours afterwards. You can tell the formula is well sourced.
It was more expensive per serving (which was a factor of my score), but I would still recommend this for maybe being one of the last available 'geranium' era pre-workout legends to keep on hand, or display on your shelf, but I would stick with Maniaco or OG over this one next time.

Something different – this one is the best way I can describe it.
It gets you super locked into your workout, with a good clean feeling throughout. It gets you locked in and focused on the job in hand so much so that you finish your workout, and you are like, 'Wow, what just happened there? ' Like I say, it's something different from the norm is best way ican describe it. but in a good way. I don't know how they have done it, but they have done it well; everything just comes together. To create a great experience, I left the gym and felt fantastic for the rest of the day; it's a nice smooth ride. And personally I loved it and can't wait to run it again.
