Hello. Haven't used this batch yet. Already used it in the past. A good pre-workout based on a solid formula and lots of ingredients that make for a well-balanced pre. Crazy focus, good stimulation, great pump with no crash. The only downside? Like many pre-workouts of this type, avoid using it in the evening if you want to sleep well. Also, test your tolerance first. Maybe half a scoop to start. Have a good workout everyone, the better.

Lots of great ingredients like Bacopa Monnieri for cognition and inflammation, lion's mane for its hericenones & erinacines which stimulate the production of NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) and BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) which ensure survival, regeneration, and neuroplasticity. Citrulline, betaine, glycerol for the pump. Beet extract for blood pressure and therefore pump. Bitter orange for weight loss, energy & appetite control. White willow bark for its anti-inflammatory properties, Juglans regia extract for the digestive system, hepatic system and rich in essential fatty acids. Mucuna Pruriens primarily benefits neurological health by providing support for dopamine production, improving Parkinson’s symptoms, enhancing mood, reducing stress, boosting male fertility, and helping regulate blood sugar.
