Red energy is red bull flavoured. Mixes really well, I like taste. Used twice now to give best review. I’m using it to power though them incredibly hard home lockdown workouts & I’ve used about 10~ different preworkouts before, some really big names or brands, but this by far is the best one I’ve used, at 40 servings a tub I think it’s really good value considering I’ve paid similar prices for just 20 serving tubs. I really recommend this product
