The flavor profile on this one is exceptional. I know we don't take them for the flavor, or maybe some do, ha ha, but this was genuinely very tasty indeed, just like drinking homemade lemonade. 😋
Superb pre—I really enjoyed this one, and goijg forward this will be a fantastic daily driver for me.It got me training hard, with a good sense of urgency and elevated heart rate, which is to be expected with the 3 g of Alpha-Yo. Was it bearable? 💯 It was for me. After watching some reviews on YouTube, I was expecting this to slap me hard, but I found it to be a very enjoyable experience. It slapped me, but not as hard as I was expecting. And if anything, a little more slappage would have been nice, ha ha. In saying that, I don't mind that Alpha Yo feeling; in fact, I love it, and it suits me perfectly for my training. All in all, a very good pre-workout that I can recommend if you like your Alpha Yo. If you don't like Alpha Yo, maybe give it a miss /superb service once again from Gym Power. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
