I bought a huge bundle of samples ranging from protein bars pre-workout mix and whey protein powders
The bars were good but very small.
Some of the protein powder flavors were actually amazing the biggest letdown was the pre-workout powder. None of them seem to give me any type of boost of energy and you definitely don't get that good tingly feeling even with their most Extreme stuff.
Not a great experience with this pre workout unfortunately. A very unique formula that didn’t agree with me as I found myself groggy, lacking energy and unmotivated to train along with having mild effects from the alpha yohimbine. I feel the high doses of kanna and taurine may have played a role in this. I like Project M as a brand and have enjoyed other products I have tried, but this one just didn’t do it for me.
