Omegas, EFAs, CLA, and oils (particularly fish oils and omega oils) all are part of a group of fatty acids that come naturally in meats and certain other foods and have been shown to have a great range of health benefits. EFA stands for essential fatty acids and CLA stands for conjugated linoleic acid. The most common omegas are omega 3 and omega 6, which are commonly found in high amounts in fish.

Disappointing

I was excited to try after seeing how impressive the label was in terms of ingredients and dosages. However, this pre workout did not deliver as I’d hoped unfortunately. Energy was decent with a noticeable feeling from the alpha yohimbine that lasted for many hours after training. Blood flow wasn’t particularly noteworthy and focus wasn’t as dialled in as the label would suggest. Overall, it’s a decent pre workout for those wanting a caffeine and yohimbine combination that lasts for a good few hours. But there are many other pre workout options that I would choose over this.

Zero mood elevation of euphoria

Tastes like cherries and paracetamol left to dissolve in your mouth.

All i got from this sample was yohimbine.

I expected mood elevation and some euphoria, and usually the combination of caffeine/yo and eria feels really nice, but i didn’t get that from this at all.

Despite the label, nothing happened

Took this yesterday, first of all it smelt delicious.

But once it was in water, I didn’t really care for it.

I went to train legs, and I got zero effects from this sample.

Pleasantly surprised

I allways avoided this brand simply due to price compared to UK produced pre workouts, however even though I have very long history with pre workouts this really did "hit different" tasted good and I actually felt mood elevation as well as the stimulants, I enjoyed it that much I bought another tub, good product.
