Omegas, EFAs, CLA, and oils (particularly fish oils and omega oils) all are part of a group of fatty acids that come naturally in meats and certain other foods and have been shown to have a great range of health benefits. EFA stands for essential fatty acids and CLA stands for conjugated linoleic acid. The most common omegas are omega 3 and omega 6, which are commonly found in high amounts in fish.

What happened

Hi. This used to be most powerful stuff but they either changed the ingredients or I got a bad batch.
I purchased this 3 times before and everytime 3/4 of a recommended dosage used to leave me buzzing for hours. Now full dose does not get me there. This is still effective pre workout but not near where it was…

Really Impressed

Often my training can dip when my head isn't in it and I tend to run through the motions. Which led me to start looking for something similar to old skool jack3d. This definitely hit the mark. I feel that buzzy euphoria and would push myself and remain focussed. It has a strong appetite suppressing impact on me. My little soldier would disappear for hours, and I did have to sit down to urinate but we can deal with that.

Cracking pre-wo IF you like the stim feeling. As someone with ADHD, it does make my brain go wild but I can control and manage this, so it's grand.

Sampling the Ripper tablets this week to see how I get on with them.

Had this pre on a sunday morning compound day after a sat night out.....gave decent focus and energy levels , nothing came in too strong but was consistent...no dips no jitters no wanting to peel my own skin off ! No crash after or appetite suppressant !
I'd have this pre again....would recomend to a friend!!
