This is by far the strongest sleep aid ever ever used so far, but I use 2 x scoops plus 40mg of melatonin caps and then I have the maximum chance of a very long deep sleep. It's worth every penny and then some. You can literally feel it working instantly. Will be buying again xxx

Energy is sky high with the alpha yo being at just the right amount to provide a surge in urgency and energy without any of the drawbacks. Blood flow ingredients worked phenomenally well together and endurance was noticeably improved using this product. Focus was also on point, which in conjunction with the other elements, provided fantastic training sessions.
