We’ve recently installed a brand-new website theme to improve your shopping experience — making things faster, clearer, and easier to navigate. Here's a rundown of the latest updates and improvements we've made this week:
The site has undergone a layout refresh with a more streamlined look and feel. Pages are cleaner, faster, and mobile-optimised. We’re still fine-tuning a few areas, so expect ongoing updates in the coming weeks.
Although the rewards icon has been hidden on all pages, our loyalty programme remains active. To access your points and perks, simply log into your account. You’ll find the Rewards link on your Account Page.
We’ve added a few helpful features to give more transparency and clarity before you buy:
Important Notices: If a product is clumpy, has different packaging, or is slightly dented, you’ll now see a short note just under the main description (or under the image if you’re on mobile).
Specifications Box: New section displaying product weight, servings, origin, and more.
Expiration Dates: Clearly shown under the product price, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Pre-Order Tab: Products on pre-order will now include a Pre-Order Purchase Policy tab with all the relevant terms.
You can now apply gift cards or discount codes directly at checkout. We’ve also added a dispatch time estimator, so you’ll know when your order will leave our warehouse – especially handy for same-day dispatch orders.
Our previous plugin was incompatible with the new theme. After much tweaking, we’ve replaced it with a new version.
Unfortunately, this means emails previously registered for restock alerts won’t carry over. We apologise for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you re-subscribe for any notifications you’re waiting on.
Look out for the new "Today's Offers" icon on the homepage or cart page. Tap “Get Offer” and you’ll be directed to the promo product.
Once added to your cart, the freebie should automatically appear. If it doesn’t, please reach out to us and we’ll sort it for you!
