Delivery Update & New Year Times

Notice regarding Delivery Update and Closing Times in December 2022 & January 2023

Dear customers,

Please be informed that due to national strike action by Royal Mail in November, December and upcoming months, it causes serious disruptions such as parcels backlog, long delivery times and high volume of parcels lost in transit.

Royal Mail Strike Days

14th, 15th, 23rd and 24^th December

Therefore, we currently offer express (DHL) and standard shipping (Royal Mail – Tracked 24) options only and all other options (non-trackable) are disabled temporarily. During this critical period, we highly recommend to choose express shipping (DHL) as a safer choice

Place an order before 20^th December and get your delivery [must choose (DHL)] before Christmas.

Thursday, 22^nd to Tuesday, 27^th December            – Closed (No dispatch)

Wednesday, 28^th to Thursday, 29^th December        - Open

Friday, 30^th December to Monday, 2^nd January      – Closed (No dispatch)

Tuesday, 3^rd January                                              - Open (Back to normal)

For express shipping (DHL), please allow 3 additional working days in case of any other delays such as adverse weather, car accident, vehicle breakdown and high volume of parcels during festive season.

For standard shipping (Royal Mail – Tracked 24), all parcels will take up to 10 working days to be scanned into the next parcel hub once leaving our local depot. Once scanned in, your parcel should arrive to the mailing address provided in 24-48 hours, subjected to Royal Mail manpower. Kindly note that standard shipping is expected to have a very long delay. (Only choose standard shipping if you feel comfortable to wait.)
