In the 25 +years of using pre workouts . This Apollon nutritions Assassin V8 is the principle for me . I have used Craze, Mesomorph,hemo rage,Jack3d and then some . Crazy pre!

This is definitely not for beginners, a fully dosed high performing pre workout. Id advise taking half a serving to assess tolerance because it really does hit hard! Great pre workout, plenty of energy, super focused, can train for hours
