CarnoSyn® is a patented form of beta-alanine, a naturally occurring amino acid that plays a crucial role in the synthesis of muscle carnosine. Hits different, but for me, it was enjoyable! It's not your typical high-stim pre-workout, but if you want to mix things up and get a different buzz from your pre, then give it a go.
It wakes me up instantly, gives me a clear head, elevates my mood and gives me a sense of aggression. I found taking it just before my workout worked better for me. I feel like it wears off quicker than expected, but it still does the job. If I have a good session, it just adds to the mood elevation.
You get some seriously sick pumps too, although I take just over a full scoop (25g).
Great to have a variety of flavours to choose to addc to a smoothie or greek yoghurt add a dessert.
Every flavour is a winner and I'm already on my 2nd order.
An excellent product for helping you get a good night's sleep and feel refreshed in morning if you are generally feeling run down and over worked and find it hard to relax and recuperate. Very pleased with the product and will buy again.
