Effective for PTSD & Insomnia

I bought this couple months ago as a sample. I was reluctant to use it as for a couple days i have been able to sleep without it, however i kept waking up in the middle of the night.

Yesterday i gave a try with this sample. Upon consuming it with dinner, i felt very positive and the relief of being able to drift off. This emotion i have not had for a very long time since i have ptsd from military expeditions. Stressful and active mindset has led me to develop a mind in which is almost difficult to drift off. In occasions where i do fall asleep i would wake up a hour after.

With the consumption of Ninja zen, i have been able to have a Deep Rem sleep without disruption. I will recommend. I woke up fresh and not sluggish so the ingredients seem to work and of quality. However this review is only for sample one time use, i have not used it on the longeron.

Nice relaxing sleep

This does not knock you out,but taken about 45 minutes before bed and you will slowly start relaxing,great sleep on this and even if you wake in the night you get straight back to sleep 👍
