Very focus driven with good energy levels also there is no sudden energy drop off leaving you feel rough. Kind on my stomach too which for an iBS sufferer is important for me
This is by far the strongest sleep aid ever ever used so far, but I use 2 x scoops plus 40mg of melatonin caps and then I have the maximum chance of a very long deep sleep. It's worth every penny and then some. You can literally feel it working instantly. Will be buying again xxx
