Aminotaur Essential is the intra-workout Branched Chain Amino Acid and Essential Amino Acid supplement from Project AD that has undergone a massive redesign to bring you what could possibly be the EAA and BCAA on the market.

It utilises a precision blend of BCAAs at the ratio of 5:1:1. Each serving provides a huge 5g of L-leucine, the powerhouse behind muscle protein synthesis, aka muscle growth. BCAAs rapidly increase the rate of muscle tissue rebuilding and repair, as well as fighting off fatigue and catabolism during intense exercise.

In addition, AD has added an extra 6g of EAAs per serving to further increase muscle protein synthesis and decrease catabolism. This gives a massive amount of amino acids per serving.
