An Update from Gym Power UK

Firstly, I would like to thank all our customers for your continued patience, understanding and support.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been incredibly busy working behind the scenes at Gym Power UK, making improvements, expanding our product range and preparing some exciting developments for the future.

Although things may have seemed a little quieter on the surface, there’s been plenty happening in the background!

What’s Been Happening Behind the Scenes?

I’ve been working hard on several areas of the business, including:

• More Imported Brands & Products – Continuing to source and introduce premium supplements from the UK, USA and overseas, bringing you more exciting brands and products.
• More Freebies & Extras – Looking at ways to expand our selection of complimentary samples and freebies with orders, subject to stock availability.
• Gym Power Mobile App – Development of our very own mobile application is currently underway! It’s still a work in progress, but we’re excited about what it could bring to our customers.
• Daily Order Processing – Alongside everything else, I’ve continued packing and preparing your orders daily, doing my best to get everything dispatched as quickly as possible.

We’re constantly looking for ways to improve your shopping experience while maintaining our focus on premium products and customer service.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We will continue to process and pack orders daily.

Dispatches will take place approximately 2–3 times per week, depending on availability and operational commitments.

I’ll always do my best to get your orders dispatched as soon as possible. However, please allow a little flexibility, as there may occasionally be delays due to appointments and other commitments.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Updated Opening Hours

For the time being, our opening hours will be:

Walk-ins are now welcome again!

However, please bear in mind that I may occasionally need to leave for appointments or other commitments.

If you’re planning to visit, I recommend contacting us beforehand to confirm availability and avoid a wasted journey.

Weekend Opening: Where possible, I may also open on Saturdays or Sundays depending on customer demand. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange a weekend visit.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service continues to operate as normal.

Once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the relevant collection details.

Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect your order.

Good News – Reduced Express Delivery Charges!

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve managed to negotiate a slightly better deal on our express delivery services.

As a result, express delivery charges will be reduced from 1st November until 31st December 2026.

We’re always looking for ways to make shopping with Gym Power UK more affordable, particularly when it comes to delivery costs.

We hope this temporary reduction will help customers save a little extra on their orders during the busy festive shopping period.

Looking Ahead

There’s still plenty more to come from Gym Power UK!

From exciting new imported brands and product launches to additional freebies and our upcoming mobile application, I’m continuing to invest time and effort into making Gym Power better for everyone.

As an independent business, there’s a lot to juggle behind the scenes, but I’m committed to keeping things moving forward while delivering the best possible service.
