Important Update: Temporary Trading Hours to Continue

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone for your patience, understanding, and all of the kind messages over the past few weeks.

I'm happy to say that our little girl is doing really well, and thankfully my partner is making good progress too. However, after careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to extend our temporary trading hours until my partner has fully recovered and is able to comfortably care for our daughter.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your continued support during this time.

What this means for your orders

• Dispatches: Orders will continue to be dispatched 2–3 times per week, depending on my availability. I am doing my very best to get every order out as quickly as possible.
• Walk-ins: Unfortunately, walk-in visits are still unavailable. I often need to leave at very short notice for appointments, making it impossible to guarantee someone will be available.
• Click & Collect: This will continue as normal. I'll email you once your order is ready to arrange a convenient collection time.

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding while my family adjusts to this exciting new chapter. Your support means more than you know, and I look forward to returning to normal trading as soon as circumstances allow.
