Important Notice regarding Delivery Update (Expected Delay)

Dear customers,

Please be informed that due to national strike action by Royal Mail in November, December and upcoming months, it causes serious disruptions such as parcels backlog, long delivery times and high volume of parcels lost in transit.

9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th

Therefore, we currently offer express (DHL) and standard shipping (Royal Mail) options only and all other options (non-trackable) are disabled temporarily. During this critical period, we highly recommend to choose express shipping (DHL) as a safer choice especially if you wish your order to be delivered before Christmas, but it is not a guarantee delivery.

For express shipping (DHL), please allow 3 additional working days in case of any other delays such as adverse weather, car accident, vehicle breakdown and high volume of parcels during festive season.

For standard shipping (Royal Mail), all parcels will take up to 10 working days to be scanned into the next parcel hub once leaving our local depot. Once scanned in, your parcel should arrive to the mailing address provided in 24-48 hours, subjected to Royal Mail manpower. Please note that standard shipping is expected to have a very long delay. (Only choose standard shipping if you feel comfortable to wait.)
