GHOST whey contains a blend of proteins. Whey concentrate contains naturally occurring micro nutrients essential for immunity. Whey isolate is a purer protein, undergoing additional purification to minimise extraneous carbs and fats, however this processing reduces the lactoferrins, immune-globulins and beta-lactoglobulins, but isolate promotes better nitrogen balance which helps maintain a positive muscle protein synthesis. In addition, GHOST contains whey hydrolysate ā the pre-digested form of whey protein, which reduces allergic potential by removing allergenic epitopes and making it more rapidly absorbed in the gut. GHOST contains a blend of digestive enzymes to aid in the digestion of the protein, fat and carbohydrate content of the protein. Not only this, but it contains no gluten or soy. Soy has been proven to be a phytoestrogen, mimicking the effects of estrogen in the body and potentially increasing this hormone, both in men and women!

Mix one scoop of Ghost Whey Protein to 250ml-300ml of water, milk or beverage of choice. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your preferred taste and consistency.
An outstanding pre workout that delivered above and beyond in all areas of performance. Energy is sky high with the alpha yo being at just the right amount to provide a surge in urgency and energy without any of the drawbacks. Blood flow ingredients worked phenomenally well together and endurance was noticeably improved using this product. Focus was also on point, which in conjunction with the other elements, provided fantastic training sessions. A fantastic collaboration that has improved upon the unique experience the original version offered. Definitely one for advanced/experienced pre workout users looking for a new heavy hitter.
A nice, mood-boosting pre workout thatās not overly strong stimulant-wise, but does an excellent job in all areas. Nice boost in energy along with excellent focus and blood flow. I would recommend for intermediate to advanced pre workout users looking for a product providing focus and pumps with a mild, but solid and reliable stimulant boost.
