GHOST whey contains a blend of proteins. Whey concentrate contains naturally occurring micro nutrients essential for immunity. Whey isolate is a purer protein, undergoing additional purification to minimise extraneous carbs and fats, however this processing reduces the lactoferrins, immune-globulins and beta-lactoglobulins, but isolate promotes better nitrogen balance which helps maintain a positive muscle protein synthesis. In addition, GHOST contains whey hydrolysate – the pre-digested form of whey protein, which reduces allergic potential by removing allergenic epitopes and making it more rapidly absorbed in the gut. GHOST contains a blend of digestive enzymes to aid in the digestion of the protein, fat and carbohydrate content of the protein. Not only this, but it contains no gluten or soy. Soy has been proven to be a phytoestrogen, mimicking the effects of estrogen in the body and potentially increasing this hormone, both in men and women!
Have tried a few high stim preworkouts, this sample was much stronger than anything I tried before. Not for the faint of heart! Shame that it seems they have changed the formula for the new label. At least can still grab the good stuff here.
Samples usually cost 3-3.50 each so its a cheap way to try. Obviously you don't know what you are getting but got a good selection this time. I have never got Dark Labs in this pack so if you are looking for that, go for the dark labs combo instead. Still some good hitters included though!
Had a couple of items from these guys & i can say its some of the best stuff ive had! Had plenty of preworkouts over the years, quite tolerant to stims but these have all been great!
