Hello. Haven't used this batch yet. But used it in the past. Good pump, good endurance, great focus & no crash. Lots of great ingredients like Bacopa Monnieri for cognition and inflammation, lion's mane for its hericenones & erinacines which stimulate the production of NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) and BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) which ensure survival, regeneration, and neuroplasticity. Citrulline, betaine, glycerol for the pump. Beet extract for blood pressure and therefore pump. Bitter orange for weight loss, energy & appetite control. White willow bark for its anti-inflammatory properties, Juglans regia extract for the digestive system, hepatic system and rich in essential fatty acids.
