With HydroEAA, HR Labs have gone one step further in creating a fully loaded hydration formula designed to replenish the 5 key electrolytes lost in sweat; Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Magnesium & Calcium.
We have selected highly bioavailable sources of each in Aquamin® - marine algae and minerals providing Magnesium Citrate & Calcium, Cocomineral™ - coconut water powder which is a natural source of potassium, Pink Himalayan Salt & Potassium Citrate in a similar ratio to which they are lost in sweat to maintain electrolyte balance, offsetting both mental and physical fatigue and ensuring that you are adequately fuelled to perform at your best. We have also included 1500mg of Taurine to further improve electrolyte balance and aid in cellular hydration.
In addition to the Hydration element of HydroEAA, we have included a huge 10g dose of EAA's to enhance performance, recovery and promote positive adaptations to training.
