Added this to my pre workout ( doomsday destruction) and was walking around like I was a tank. Everything felt and looked bigger even after my first lift. I swear that I've seen parts of my triceps that I never ever seen!! Amazing insane pumps.
Took only half a scoop since its my first time trying it. Unreal! The focus and tunnel vision and hitting PR's on everything. I'm very meticulous with my routine and it really makes that much of a difference. Worked out for three hours and didn't want to leave...on half a scoop!
