Our magnesium supplement is designed to help reduce stress, promote relaxation and improve recovery.

It can be used as a cost efficient replacement to Unwind, or can be added on top during periods of extreme stress.

We use the same hyper absorption capsules as our vitamin C , making our magnesium extremely bio available too. 

We use unbuffered magnesium.

All items are sent either via Royal Mail, DHL Parcel UK & Parcel Force. In most cases - Royal Mail, Parcel Force & DHL Parcel UK - a signature will be required, so please ensure someone is in to sign at the time of delivery (or a 'leave safe' instruction left).

Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays*. DHL Parcel UK deliver Monday-Friday.
