By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment and Reservation:

• Payment: A full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order.
• Stock Reservation: Your payment reserves your stock until it arrives at our warehouse.

Stock Availability and Delivery:

• Limited Stock: Due to high demand and limited stock availability, pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Estimated Delivery Time: We estimate that pre-ordered items will be shipped within 10-18 working days of arrival at our warehouse. Once shipped, delivery to you should take an additional 3 working days.
• Delivery Notifications: You will be notified via email once your pre-order is ready to ship.
• Delays: In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping:

• Combined Orders: If your shopping cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipping.
• Separate Shipments: In some cases, we may ship in-stock items separately from pre-order items. Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments.

Order Cancellation and Refunds:

• Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order before it has been shipped.
• Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once your pre-order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a refund or return, subject to our return policy.
