This pre is a very underrated pre workout, the label does not give it justice. The serving is on the large side but what you get is a great daily driver, that does not rely on stims to Make it good. The energy is average as the caffeine is not Strong but the pumps and dialed in focus Is it's best selling points. It's the tunnel Vision that makes you lift and run and smash your session

I took this pre workout before a mid-afternoon training session and really enjoyed it. The focus and blood flow were both excellent and the caffeine was enough to give a good boost of energy, but nothing too crazy. The small dose of caffeine and nootropic ingredients really work well together in this pre. This probably wouldn’t be strong enough for prolonged training sessions before sunrise (when I usually complete), but worked great for hour-long afternoon session I used it for. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a well rounded pre workout that gives great focus and blood flow without keeping you up way into the night. A great lower stimulant option of which there aren’t too many .

The flavour is nice, if a little on the light side, If it was labelled as a tropical fruit punch I’d agree, I always get a taste of coconut for some reason.

As you’d expect the pumps are what shine with this pre,

Really good from that aspect.

The caffeine is on low side and it’s perfect for evening workouts where you may want some caffeine after a long day but not loads.

The focus aspect was forget. I feel like the dosages could be upped if you are using less caffeine. I didn’t feel like my focus was any more then if I hadn’t taken a pre.

I think if this pre has high dosed nootropics combined with the already high dosed pump ingredients then it would make for a good daily driver.

Unfortunately, I just don’t think it’s worth the price.
