Hello. Haven't used this batch yet. But used it in the past. Good pump, good endurance, great focus & no crash. Lots of great ingredients like Bacopa Monnieri for cognition and inflammation, lion's mane for its hericenones & erinacines which stimulate the production of NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) and BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) which ensure survival, regeneration, and neuroplasticity. Citrulline, betaine, glycerol for the pump. Beet extract for blood pressure and therefore pump. Bitter orange for weight loss, energy & appetite control. White willow bark for its anti-inflammatory properties, Juglans regia extract for the digestive system, hepatic system and rich in essential fatty acids. Mucuna Pruriens primarily benefits neurological health by providing support for dopamine production, improving Parkinsonβs symptoms, enhancing mood, reducing stress, boosting male fertility, and helping regulate blood sugar. L-theanine is an amino acid that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, supports cognitive function, and may improve sleep quality. Basically, a very well-balanced medium pre-workout.
