Blue gummy flavour was very nice, panda is known for their top notch flavours.

Pre takes a little longer to kick in due to the large scoop size. Beta is mild and doesn’t last long, again probably due to the large scoop.

Energy was nothing crazy, never really came on strong but had no crash and lasted all day.

Focus was dialled in, slightly mood elevated but again nothing crazy. Put me in a good mood to train and again lasted all day.

Pumps were painful, cell swelling and definitely the best aspect of the pre. Gave great endurance as well, helped me crush a 1hr30 session and I could have gone for longer.

Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a high end pre and don’t care about paying a little extra.

Perfect at 1.5 scoops. Delicious flavour as always with Panda, strong physical energy, good focus and pumps with no negatives. Expensive but worth it.

Two scoops of sinister is on a whole different level. Good energy very good pump and a big list of effective ingredients. Love it

Well, it’s a red liquid…

And it’s been ages since I ate a gummy shark

But I get more of a like a tart cherry/strawberry flavour.

If this was called red razz or something I probably wouldn’t think twice.

Either way, it taste good. No bitterness and no stimmy tasting. Really easy to drink.

Effects;

For such a loaded pre, I expected more.

It just feels like a daily driver.

Good hamstring dominate workout and cardio.

But I wanted more from it, but legs is always a tough one for a pre I think, unless you take something really high stim/exotic.

Legs feel nice and pumped, but again expected more from 10g of L cit/Agmatine and vaso drive.

Energy is smooth, and consistent, some slight mood elevation, but again I expected more.

Focus, is ok nothing to go wild over.

Overall, loaded daily driver, in the realm of say gorilla edition el jefe. But I think that’s a better loaded daily pre.
